We are the registered charity of Sandwell & West Birmingham NHS Trust, incorporating not only our hospital sites at City, Rowley Regis, Sandwell and Midland Metropolitan University Hospital, but also over 150 community healthcare services including GPs and our partners.
Objects: The Charity’s Objects (‘Objects’) Are Specifically Restricted To The Following:to Relieve Sickness And To Preserve The Health Of People Living In North And West Birmingham In Particular By Supporting The Sandwell And West Birmingham NHS Trust And Enhancing The Experience Of Persons Using Its Services And To Secure Better Health Outcomes By:a) Improving The Trust’s Infrastructure And Equipment And Making Capital Improvements To Facilities;b) Supporting The Education, Training And Development Of Clinical And Non-Clinical Staff And Supporting Workshops, Lectures, Seminars And Conferences;c) Support And Conduct Research Into Care Treatments And Pathways That Will Enhance Health Outcomes; Andd) Support Communities To Improve Their Health Outcomes Through Providing Support To Community Healthcare Services And General Practitioners.
