Responsibilities and Basis of Report
As the charity's trustecs, you are responsible for the preparntioD of the accouDts in
accordance Mith the requirements of the Charfitles Act 2011 ('thc Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the charity's accounts rIed out under section 145
of the Act and in carrying out my examination I bave followed the applicable directions given
by the Charity Commi&sion under section 145(5)(b) of the ACL
Independent Examiner's Statement
I have cxamincd the accounts of the charity for the period ended 5 April 2025, which
cornprise:
the State•Dent of Financial Activities
the Balance Sheet
and the related notes to the accounts
I confirm that I am Independent of tbe charity and have not been involved in the preparation
of the accounts.
Scope of the Examination
My examination itivolved a review of the accounting records kept by the chariry and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of
any unusual items or disclosur&s in the accounts and seeking explanations from the trustees
concerning such matters.
The procedures undertaken do not provid¢ all the evidence that would b¢ requircd in an audit
and consequently no opinion 1$ given as to whether the accounts glve * true and fair vlew.
