This CIO (Headway Bath & District) was established in March 2024 to take on the activities of Headway Bath and District (Charity number 1077854, Charity Commission website HEADWAY BATH AND DISTRICT - 1077854 ). The CIO didn’t have a bank account until 1[st] January 2025, and so no activities have taken place in the CIO in the period ended 31 December 2024. There were no receipts and payments, nor any assets or liabilities held.
On the 1[st] January 2025, the CIO was funded from the Headway Bath and District (1077854) unincorporated charity. The CIO had an opening balance of £104,901
The CIO commenced operations on the 1[st] January 2025 so will be fully active in the year ending 31 December 2025. The CIO has eight active trustees including Health Professionals, Legal Professionals working in acquired brain injury, carers of people with brain injury, and Business leaders. All trustees were chosen for their relevant skills and expertise that they can contribute to the charity.
