Structure, governance and management
Oxygen C&C is a Church and Charity registered on 19 March 2024. Trustees are appointed through nomination. There were five trustees during the reporting period, with no changes in trustees.

Trustees received no remuneration. Trustees’ expenses were reimbursed where applicable.
Objectives and public benefit
The charity’s objects are:
To advance the Christian faith in accordance with the statement in such ways and in such parts of the United Kingdom or the world as the church council may from time to time determine; to relieve sickness and financial hardship and to promote and preserve good health by the provision of funds, goods or services including counselling and support; and to advance education.
The trustees confirm that they have had due regard to the Charity Commission guidance on public benefit.
Activities and achievements
Oxygen C&C primarily supports Ukrainian refugees and their families in the UK and Europe. The charity helps Ukrainians adapt to life in the United Kingdom, build relationships with God, improve mental health, spirituality and wellbeing, and find community support.
Key activities during the year included:

Oxycamp – a camp for Ukrainian children and teenagers

Brave Guys – camps for men and young men

Children’s events and regular church services
During the year, 180 children attended Oxycamp. Two Brave Guys camps were delivered, and church services were attended by approximately 30–35 people each Sunday.
Financial review
The charity’s income was derived mainly from donations and Oxycamp-related income. Expenditure was focused on camps, children’s and teenagers’ projects, church maintenance, education activities and leadership team development.
There was no surplus or deficit reported for the year. The charity does not currently have a formal reserves policy. Reserves at the end of the year amounted to approximately £8,000.
Risk management
The trustees actively review the risks faced by the charity and have policies and procedures in place to manage these risks, including safeguarding and risk management policies.
Plans for future periods
In the coming year, the charity plans to continue and develop its camps, children’s and youth activities, church services and support programmes for Ukrainian refugees, while strengthening organisational capacity.
Trustees’ responsibilities
The trustees confirm that they have complied with their legal duties under charity law during the year.

Section A Independent Examiner’s Report
Report to the trustees/ OXYGEN C&C members of On accounts for the year 31/03/2025 Charity no 1207512 ended (if any) Set out on pages 1-2 (remember to include the page numbers of additional sheets) I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 / 03 / 2025 . Responsibilties and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent The charity’s gross income was £ 83,346 and I am qualified to undertake the examiner's statement examination by being a qualified member of Institute of Certified Bookkeepers I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
