The charity is a charitable incorporated organisation (CIO) and was registered on 19 March 2024
and it is governed by a constitution dated 23 January 2024.
Trustees
There must be at least three charities trustees. If the number of trustees falls below this
minimum, the remaining trustee or trustees may act only to call a meeting of the charity
trustees or appoint a new trustee.
Risk Management
The trustees consider the risks which tlie charity is exposed to and put in place measures to
mitigates against those risks.
The main objectives of the charity are evangelism, health, education and vocational
ministry.
Evangelism
The core ministry of Trainthem2Fish is that of evangelism and Health Outreach in the
designated countries. We are passionate about spreading the love of God and spreadingthe
good news of salvation to the rest of the world.
Health
This charity aims to provide training community members in basic health and medical services
by providing basic healtli and medical education and providing opportunities for medical
projects with our partners.
Education and Vocational Ministry
This charity aims to train our community members, both educationally and vocationally, to be
more self-sufficient, especially in the skills of sewing, small-business manufacturing,
handicrafts and antiques production, cleaning and laundry services, hairdressing and barber
services, carpentry, construction, electrical repair, auto mechanics, computer development,
English-language training services, communication/internet services, and even transportation
services. Such opportunities, provided to our target cominunities, will increase the quaLity of

their daily livelilioods. We wish to maintain a specific focus on orphans, street children,
widows, seniors, homeless/displaced individuals, and those individuals with disabilities.
Key activities and achievements
Evangelistic and Medical Mission in Uganda

Between 18 June and 7 July 2024, the trustees and volunteers of Train Them 2 Fish UKtraveled
to Uganda to deliver Christian evangelistic and health campaigns. The charity also shared
evangelistic literature.
Ina addition, the charity assisted in special projects in orphanages such as dental and eye
treatments for impoverished people in the communities. It also purchased medication for the
treatment of chronic health conditions such diabetes and hypertension and the treatment of
infectious diseases like malaria.
Financial Review
Reserves Policy
The charity aims to retain reserves equivalent to approximately 6 months of overheads. The
charity did not have any overheads during the return period.
Financial Performance
The charity reported a net income of £4,700 and was held in cash.
Going Concern
The trustees are satisfied that the financial position is strong and look forward to another year of
evangelistic and health campaign.
