**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT AND IN PARTICULAR THE CONSERVATION OF ENDANGERED PRIMATES INCLUDING MARMOSETS AND TAMARINS BY PROVIDING FUNDING AND RESOURCES NECESSARY TO SUPPORT WILDLIFE CONSERVATION PROJECTS.

**Activities:** Raise funds to support the conservation of focal species; initially the TT will focus on marmosets and tamarins (South American primates), but may also consider support for other species in threatened habitats globally.Allocate funding to projects for research, training and to support the development of conservation plans,
