New trustees are recruited from within the Parish of Seathwaite. The CIO possesses, by way of an endowment. the income arising from the letting of School House, Seathwaite, Cumbria. LA20 6ED. The property remained occupied by the same tenant5 durin8 the year. Durin8 the year to 12, October 2024 the trustees were unable to identify any grants of fuiids which which would have complied with the objectives of the charity. The charity can only fund projects and attivities that are exclusively charitable and fall within the following objectives: 1) To promote the religious and other charitable work of the Church of England by providing funds to help restore, conserv8, mainlain and improve the fabric, fumishings and fittings of Holy Trinity church. S8athwait8,' 2) The prevention or relief of poverty among persons Sident in the town of Seathwaite by making grants of money or providing or paying for items or seThices calculaled to reduce tha fi'nancial need of such persons. The charity has no debts and maintains a reserve fund to cover any future repair or maintenance works on the property.
