Kilham Village Hall was registered with the Charities Commission on 13rh March 2024 in order to facilitate the conversion of Kilham Village Hall Association (registered charity no. 1078405) to a charitable incorporated organisation (CIO). 

The trustees report that the conversion was delayed due to lengthy delays at the Land Registry in dealing with property matters prior to the transfer to the CIO. As a result, the conversion to a CIO was not complete as at 31 December 2024 and the CIO had not commenced operations.
