**Objects:** The objects of the CIO are: 1. The relief of poverty or financial hardship in Gloucester through the provision of a) nutritious meals; b) practical advice; c) signposting to other relevant services; d) facilitating the provision of other relevant services. 2. The promotion and enhancement of human health through providing information and advice in relation to healthy eating and nutrition.

**Activities:** Community Kitchen Glos provide a nutritious three course meal every Monday evening to some of the most deprived communities in Gloucester. We provide advice, support and signposting for our guests, from sourcing cheap nutritious food, to housing support and/or places where free or cheap clothing or washing facilities are available. Our food is sustainably sourced to support conservation.
