Report of the Trustees for the period ended 31 December 2024 The Trustees submit their report and the financial statements for the penod ended 31 December 2024. The financial statements have been prepared on the basis of historic cost in accordance with the Charities St8temenl of Recommended Practice Accounting and Reporting by Charities, Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland IFRS102) issued on 1 January 2019 and the Charities Act 2011. The CIO was registered on 13 March 2024 and this report and finanoal statements cover the period from that date to 31 Dernber 2024. Basis of Preparation These accounts have been prepared on the basis of historic cost in accordance with the Charities Statement of Reojmmended Practi Accounting and Reporting by Charities, Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland {FRS102) issued on 1 January 2019 and the Charities Act 2011.
