**Objects:** THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE, BY PROVIDING FOOD, ITEMS, AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF A FOODBANK AND COMMUNITY PANTRY SPECIFICALLY FOR THOSE WHO ARE IN POVERTY TO PROVIDE FOOD WHICH THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD THROUGH A LACK OF MEANS.

**Activities:** We are a community shop opening Tuesdays at 6pm weekly at Grange farm Hobbies Centre- we are a food waste initiative, saving food from going to landfill - we purchase from Fareshare and we collect donated items from local supermarkets for reduced prices, for people in and around our community.
