Axum Trust empowers vulnerable individuals by providing community-based support in 

homelessness, employment, disability advocacy, mental health, and refugee integration. Our 

mission is to create lasting change through comprehensive, person-centred programmes.

We support people facing homelessness, unemployment, disability challenges, mental health

mental health challenges. All services are free and accessible.
