Commission under cFLarity no.. 1207385 on I l March 2024. It is goverlled by its constitution
The executive Committee is reswnsible for the generaI control and managemenl of the
charity.
The executive comn]ittee meets quarterly and is res￿nsIble for all decisioThs taken in relation
to rLll]ning the charity and th¢ community facilitie5 and the activitie5 provided by the cl]arity.
Objectivts and activities
Tb¥ ObJ￿ts of the chaLity are:
-To Advarkce the Muslim Faith by th¢ provision of grants for funeral and Burial SeThryces
-The relief of ￿vertY by the provision of flljancial support to families of the deceased who
are in financial need.
.The charity plans to cary out Thide range of actiiiues in pursuance of its charitable aims.
The eYe£utive committee consider that wivities and others, provide benefit to the local
and wider community.
The main activities plan lo undertake for the public benefit in relation to these objects include
holding religious prayers and public celebration of Teligious festivals for local con]munity

duties. The public benefit of the charity"'s actiNities are outlined under (Objectives and

Risk management
The trustees have assessed th¢ major risks to i*hich the charity is exposed. in particular those
related to the operalions and f￿anCeS of the project . and are satisfied tbat systems are An
place to mitigate our exposure to major risks.
Reserves poli¢y
The Reserve Fund represents unrestricted funds. The Trustees aim to nwintain sufficient
reserves so as to give flexibility to co￿er temporary tin]ing differences for doimtions received,
adeq￿te working capiLql for core costs and which allo￿. them to respond quickly to the needs
of the Charity.

I report to the charity trustees on my ¢xamination of the accounts of tbe comp8ny for the
period ended 31 January 2026 whÉch are set out on pages i to 10
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the Charity's tr￿leeS of the company (and also its directors for the purposes of company
law) you are responsible for the prepardtion of the accounts in accordance with the
requirements of the Companies Act 2006 ('the 2006 Act,).
Having satisfied myself that the accounts of the cornpan! are not required to be audired undeT
Part 16 of the 2006 Act and are eligible for independent examination, I report in respect of my
examination of your compan}"s accounts as carried out under section 145 of the Charities Act
2011 ('the 2011 Act,). In carry'ing out mTr' examination I haTre followed the Directions given
by the Charity ComJnission under section 145(5Kb) of th¢ 2011 Act.
