relieve the suffering of dogs in the UK and Peru who are abandoned, stray or otherwise in
need of care and attention. in particular, but not exclusively by making grants to:
A) Provide or assist in the provision of rehoming of such dogs.
B} Assist in the reception, treatment and care of such dogs.
During the financial year, the charity remained Inactive and did not carry out any
activities or projects. This was due to lack of volunteers and an ongoing review of
future plans.
