social and economic circumstances or for
the public at large in
the interests of social welfare and with the
object of improving the
condition of life of the said inhabitants.
2. To advance education for the public
benefit in particular by
providing opportunities for learning about
nature, horticulture, the
environment, and connections to healthy
living and eating,
through the community garden.
3. To promote for the benefit of the public
the conservation,
protection and improvement of the physical
and natural
environment of the community garden and
surrounding natural
areas by enhancing biodiversity.”|

the site of the Community Garden to allow
visitors to relax and to participate in its

hire and has hosted a number of wedding
and birthday parties.
