the financial statements of (he charity for the period 5th March 2024 to 3 1st March 2025. Th¢ trustces have adopted the
provisions of Accounting and Reporting by Charities.. Statement of Reeommendcd Practice applicable to tharilies
preparing their accounts in accordance wtth the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of
reland (FRS 102) (eff¢iliv¢ l January 2019).
INCORPORATION
The Charilable company was incorporated on Sih March 2024 and Commenced trading oll the same date.
OBJECTIVES AND AcfivITIES

The objects of the CIO are to:
a) The advancement of dham)a for the public benefit in particular by
(l) The celebration of Hindu festivals.
(2) the study and research of Hindu religious philosophy and to publith and or hold discourse on the results of any su¢h
studies and research-
(3) -I'he provision of yoga and oih¢r Hindu practices to promote physical and mental wellbeing.
(4) Raisinby awareness and understanding of the prime values of the HiThdu way of life.
b) Th¢ reli¢f of poverry, hardship or distress of people of all faiths, primarily, but not exclusively in ihe UK by providing
grants, items and services to individuals in n¢¢d andlor ¢lwities or other organisations working to prcvent or relieve
need.
It is the intention of the trnsrees to 5ati5fy these objxtiv¢s by transfe￿Ing all ass¢ts, contracts and activities from Vishwa
Hindu ParKshad (UK) eharity number 262684 as has been agreed by all parties. The CIO will then carry on the
charitable activitie5.
Each year the trustees review the activities of the charity in order to eD5ure that ihey continue to reflect the objectlV¢S 5¢t
out in the govcrning document. In carying out this review the trnstees have considered the ChaThty Commission's
general guidance on public benefit and, in particular, its supplemcntary guidance on the advancement of rcligiun for the
public F£nefrt.
It is the trust¢¢'s opinion that the opcrdtion ofthe charity in its pr¢s¢nt forni is for the public benefit under ihc principles
set out in the Charity Cotnmi5SiQD guidance. The Ctwity 15 open to and free to all.
Volunteers
The charity is grate￿] for the unstinting effurts of its volunteers who are involved in nmning th¢ Charity. We make use
of l O volunieers ai present but this will increase substantiallyvh¢n all assets, aclivities and contrdcts ar¢ transfetTed from
Vishwa Hindu Parishad (UK)

The charity has made progress in aTranging for the transfer of assets, activtties and contract$ from Vishwa Parishad
(UK)
Th¢ objective in the cotning year is to make further progress in this matter.

The reserves policy will be established once the transfer of assets, adivit1¢5 and contracts from Vishwa P￿t&had (UK)
has 18ken place.

Governing document
The charity is controlled by its governing document, a deed of trusL and wnstiiutes a limited company, limited by
guarantee. as defined by the Companies Act 2DO6.
