## **Objectives and Public Benefit** 

The charity was established to advance youth mentorship, career exploration, empowerment and related charitable support activities. Trustees have considered the Charity Commission guidance on public benefit. 

## **Activities During the Year** 

For the reporting period 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026, the charity remained dormant and did not undertake operational charitable activities. No programmes, grants, fundraising, events, or service delivery took place during the year. 

## **Financial Review** 

The charity had no financial activity during the reporting period. There was no income, no donations, no grants, no transfers, no expenditure, and no liabilities. A bank account existed, but the balance as at 31 March 2026 was £0.00. 

## **Reserves Policy** 

As the charity had no operational activity and no funds, there were no reserves held at year end. 

## **Plans for Future Periods** 

During the reporting period, the trustees did not develop active operational plans for future charitable activities. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the charity remains inactive at present. Trustees will review the charity’s position in future periods and assess whether activities can be resumed in line with the charity’s objectives and available capacity.
