## **Introduction** 

We are pleased to present the Annual Report for Petronela’s Hope covering the financial year from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025. This document highlights the impact of our work, our achievements, and the financial summary for the period. 

## **Charity Objectives and Activities** 

Petronela’s Hope provides a safe and creative space for victims and survivors of domestic violence, especially single mothers with children. Through art, music, dance, and therapeutic activities, individuals are encouraged to express their pain, rebuild confidence, and regain hope. The charity’s work focuses on emotional healing, empowerment, and community integration for those affected by domestic violence. 

## **Narrative Report – Activities and Impact** 

During the 2024/2025 period, Petronela’s Hope delivered a range of projects aimed at supporting women, children, and families impacted by domestic violence: 

- Youth Football Club – Established for 17 children with full equipment and 10 balls. 

- Charity Event “Gold Charity Award” – Fundraising and awareness event (£2,500). 

- Therapy Sessions – One-to-one support for 10 women (£600). 

- Foodbank Support – Essential food parcels for families (£1,000). 

- Interpreter Services – 8 hours of interpretation for vulnerable clients (£160). 

- Children’s Activities – Swimming, bowling, and cinema trips for children affected by domestic violence (£500). 

- Art Club – Creative sessions for children impacted by domestic violence (£500).
