Our menopause<br>progamme was particularly well<br>received. We continue to support our<br>Ukraine community with events and<br>free membership packages for those<br>displaced by the war. The club works<br>closely with local schools, delivering<br>sessions combining tennis and<br>wellbeing<br><br>**Inclusive and Disability Tennis**.  We<br>continued to provide a dedicated,<br>free, inclusive tennis programme for<br>people with disabilities and learning<br>and remain committed to reducing all<br>participation barriers.  We have such a<br>strong bond with local special schools<br>and groups supporting those with<br>additional needs and disabilities,<br>creating a wonderfully diverse<br>community.<br><br>**New Coaching Structure**. We have<br>made great progress within our coaching<br>and programming this year. Edd<br>Wheton through his Rise Up Rackets<br>company was awarded the coaching<br>contract for the club. Coach Will and<br>Coach Nic joined us from Loughborough<br>University. Taking squads from Monday<br>through to Saturday. Carl leads on<br>community work in schools, inclusive<br>tennisprogrammes duringthe week,|





and one-to-one coaching. Additionally, we were delighted to see Ethan Sysum pass his Level 2 coaching exams and to continue his coaching journey with us at Hinckley.

## **Financial Review** 

|Review of the charity’s<br>financial position at the end<br>of the period|Para 1.21|Although expenditure outstripped income this<br>FY, this was pre planned to allow for renovaton<br>of the club from previous club reserves.<br>Expenditure this year was also following on the<br>back of previous grants received in 2023 now<br>being spent on inclusive and disability tennis<br>coaching in 2024.<br>One of our key goals this year was to enhance<br>our club's facilites:<br>**Court Renovatons**: We have successfully<br>completed the resurfacing and repaintng of all<br>four courts, ensuring a top-notch playing<br>experience for our members. This has also<br>included paintng four pickleball courts on court<br>four.<br><br>**Pato and Grounds**: Our grounds, limited<br>as it is in space, has undergone a series<br>of improvements, including a new pato<br>and seatng area. The cabin is now fully<br>open, complete with bar and comfy<br>seatng, becoming a real focal point in<br>both warm and especially cold weather.<br>These upgrades have hopefully made<br>our club a more comfortable and<br>enjoyable place to spend tme.|
