**Community Outreach**: We contnued
our mission of giving back to the
community through various outreach
programmes.The Feel Good Tennis
programme reached over 80
individuals in the last 12 months,
opening the door to those not normally
engaged with tennis. Our menopause
progamme was particularly well
received. We continue to support our
Ukraine community with events and
free membership packages for those
displaced by the war. The club works
closely with local schools, delivering
sessions combining tennis and
wellbeing
**Inclusive and Disability Tennis**. We
continued to provide a dedicated,
free, inclusive tennis programme for
people with disabilities and learning
and remain committed to reducing all
participation barriers. We have such a
strong bond with local special schools
and groups supporting those with
additional needs and disabilities,
creating a wonderfully diverse
community.
**New Coaching Structure**. We have
made great progress within our coaching
and programming this year. Edd
Wheton through his Rise Up Rackets
company was awarded the coaching
contract for the club. Coach Will and
Coach Nic joined us from Loughborough
University. Taking squads from Monday
through to Saturday. Carl leads on
community work in schools, inclusive
tennisprogrammes duringthe week,|
and one-to-one coaching. Additionally, we were delighted to see Ethan Sysum pass his Level 2 coaching exams and to continue his coaching journey with us at Hinckley.

## **Financial Review**
|Review of the charity’s
financial position at the end
of the period|Para 1.21|Although expenditure outstripped income this
FY, this was pre planned to allow for renovaton
of the club from previous club reserves.
Expenditure this year was also following on the
back of previous grants received in 2023 now
being spent on inclusive and disability tennis
coaching in 2024.
One of our key goals this year was to enhance
our club's facilites:
**Court Renovatons**: We have successfully
completed the resurfacing and repaintng of all
four courts, ensuring a top-notch playing
experience for our members. This has also
included paintng four pickleball courts on court
four.
**Pato and Grounds**: Our grounds, limited
as it is in space, has undergone a series
of improvements, including a new pato
and seatng area. The cabin is now fully
open, complete with bar and comfy
seatng, becoming a real focal point in
both warm and especially cold weather.
These upgrades have hopefully made
our club a more comfortable and
enjoyable place to spend tme.|
