The advancement of education of young people by providing advice and assistance on managing their own and other mental health, in particular by not exclusively by:

Helping young people by developing their skills and capacities when dealing with difficult personal situations;

• Providing access to counselling and mental health professionals when required;

• The provision of recreational and leisure time activities to allow young people to express themselves and use as a

coping mechanism from challenging situations that may have a negative impact on their lives;

Education workshops for parents and young people to think about prevention of mental health issues and support that is available;

• Raising awareness of mental health, how to recognise symptoms of suicidal ideation and self-management techniques.
The charity has reduced activities in 2025 and is taking time to consider the future direction.

Section D Achievements and performance As the charity if in its infancy we have prioritised developing our good Summary of the main governance. We have drafted and adopted several policies that hold the achievements of the charity charity to account as well as ensuring the delivery of content is of a during the year quality standard. We now have social media and a website to promote the charity.

Brief statement of the charity’s policy on reserves
The charity is newly established and so is building its reserves policy. The aim is to hold between 3-6 months operational costs in hand to support in the case of a lack of funding. Due to the early stage of the charity, the operational costs (and hence level of required reserves) are currently being established.
