The day to day running of the Charity is carried out by the Trustees. Ob-ectives and Activities The aim of the charity is to help preserve and protect good health for the benefit of patients living with kidney disease,.for those on dialysis and their families. The charity offers support throughout the Iatment of pats'enls and provides 8 platform lo help them cope with the illness. Additionally, Bradford KPA assists patients by difecling any eriquiries to the relevant departments, and also host events throughout the year

They consider that an Audit is not required for this year lunder section 144 of the Charitie5 Act 20111 and that an independent examination is needed. Having satisfied ourselves that the Accounts are not required tc be audited for this year under Part 16 of the 20[ Act and are eligible for independent examination, we report as follows.'- Basis of Indepgnd•nt Examine$ Report Our examination was cairied out in accordancE with tho ganèral directions given by the Charity Comrri5sioners. An examine'.ion indudes a review of the Accounting records kept by the Charity and a comparison of the Account$ presented with those records. The Tfustees have complied with the duty in section 4 of the 2006 Act to have due regard to the commlssion's public benefit guidance when exercising any powers or duties to which the guidance is leVant. Achlevements & Pertomiance Throughout the year, we held several fundraising end awareness days. These events brought together lots of people. fostering a sense of community and support. These fundraisingactivities. alongwith donations. generated incom8to be able to take patients and one companion each on a daytripto thecoast, providinga much-needed break and a chance to re by the seaside. PartlCiP8nts enjoyed the opportunity to connect with others in a supportive environment. The trip not only offered respite from their daily challenges but also created lasting memories and strengthened the sense of Community among attendees.
It was a heartwarmingexperience that highlighted the importance of well-being and support for patient8. We also provided 380 portable re-useable fans and 380 Xmas Goody Bags for our patients.
