**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF PATIENTS LIVING WITH KIDNEY DISEASE, FOR THOSE ON DIALYSIS AND THEIR FAMILIES / CARERS WHO ATTEND ST LUKES DIALYSIS UNIT, BRI ADU, WARD 15, AND SKIPTON SATELLITE UNIT AND LIVE PERMANENTLY OR TEMPORARILY IN THE BRADFORD WEST YORKSHIRE AREA BY PROVIDING SUCH ADVICE, INFORMATION AND SUPPORT AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 ANDSECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.

**Activities:** Preserve/protect good health for the public benefit of patients living with kidney disease, for those on dialysis and their families/carers who attend St Lukes Dialysis Unit, BRI ADU, Ward 15, and Skipton Satellite Unit and live permanently or temporarily in the Bradford West Yorkshire area by providing such advice, information and support as the trustees may in their absolute discretion determine
