Charitable Objectives:
The charity’s object is advancing the Christian faith for the public benefit in accordance with the statement of faith, in the county of Buckinghamshire and in such other parts of the United Kingdom or the world as the trustees may from time to time think fit.
This is achieved through holding religious services and prayer meetings, providing religious education, raising awareness of Christian beliefs and practices, and offering outreach and pastoral care in the community.
Main Activities and Achievements
During the reporting period, Antioch Church continued to carry out its mission through a consistent schedule of worship, teaching, and community support activities:

Weekly Sunday Service held from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Weekly Bible Study every Tuesday from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM.

Weekly Prayer Meeting every Friday from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

One-to-one Biblical counselling sessions were provided to several members of the church.
The church also worked collaboratively with other charitable organisations to serve the local community:

Partnered with charities to feed the homeless , distributing sandwiches and drinks.

Partnered with charities to support families in need with food and practical assistance.

Signposted individuals and families to other relevant services and charities for additional support.
In November 2024 , two members of the congregation were baptised , marking an important spiritual milestone for the church community.
Following the resignation of trustee Brian Jefferson , the church experienced a gradual increase in attendance at both Bible studies and Sunday services, demonstrating continued growth and engagement among members.

The church’s finances were managed prudently, ensuring that income was used effectively to advance the charity’s aims. At year-end, the financial position remained stable, allowing the trustees to continue regular activities and plan for further outreach initiatives.
Plans for the Coming Year (2025)
The trustees have identified the following key objectives for the next reporting period:
1. Continue holding weekly Sunday services, Bible studies, and prayer meetings, with a focus on increasing attendance and community participation.
2. Plan and host a conference or retreat towards the end of the year.
3. Maintain partnerships to feed the homeless .
4. Continue partnerships to support families with food and practical assistance .
5. Apply for grants and funding to expand outreach and community support.
6. Develop a church website to improve communication and visibility.
7. Apply for nonprofit accounts with Google, Canva, and YouTube to support digital ministry.
8. Begin recording Bible studies and Sunday services to make teachings accessible online.
9. Appoint another trustee to strengthen governance and leadership capacity.
Structure, Governance, and Management
Antioch Church is governed by its trustees in accordance with its governing document. The trustees are responsible for ensuring that the charity’s activities are conducted in line with its objects and that resources are used solely for charitable purposes.
During the period, Trustee Brian Jefferson resigned , and the remaining trustees continued to oversee church operations, finances, and strategic planning effectively.

Antioch Church’s activities are open to all members of the public and are carried out with the aim of promoting spiritual growth, education, and community support.
