**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF MERRY HILL DOFE OPEN AWARD UNIT (MHDOFEOAU) IS TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE IN DUDLEY, AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS, BY PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DUKE OF EDINBURGH AWARD AND THEREBY DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.

**Activities:** We provide a service to young people aged 14. -25 years, training and supporting them in achieving the DofE Award. We cover all sections of the Award, volunteering, physical, skill, expeditions and residential. Through this we support their learning with confidence building in life skills, their own wellbeing and supporting them for their life ahead.
