**Objects:** THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN FURTHERING THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS(&quot;THE OBJECTS&quot;)THE CHARITY AIMS TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PERSONS WHO ARE OR HAVE BEEN ENGAGED IN THE CARE SECTOR (SEE DEFINITION BELOW) AND THE WIDOWS, WIDOWERS, PARTNERS, ORPHANS AND OTHER DEPENDANTS OF SUCH PERSONS BY RELIEVING POVERTY AND SICKNESSFOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CHARITY, THE CARE SECTOR WILL BE DEFINED AS COVERING CARE HOMES FOR OLDER PEOPLE AND FOR YOUNGER ADULTS, DOMICILIARY CARE PROVIDERS, DAY CENTRES AND SUPPORTED LIVING PROVIDERS, TO INCLUDE BOTH PRIVATE (INDEPENDENT) AND PUBLIC.

**Activities:** The charity aim to relieve the need of person who are or have been engaged in the care sector, and the widows, widowers, partners, orphans and the other dependents of such persons by relieving poverty and sickness. Care sector will be defined as covering care homes for the older people and for younger adults, domiciliary care providers, day centres and supported living providers.
