The Trustees present their report together with the financial statements of Suffolk#WeMatter for the year ended 28[th] February 2025.  The Trustees confirm that the Annual Report and financial statements of the charity and the group comply with the current statutory requirements, the requirements of the charity and the group’s governing document and the provisions of the Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP), applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS102) (second edition of the Charities SORP (FRS102) October 2019). 

## **Objectives of the Charity** 

The objects of the CIO are to preserve and protect physical and mental health for the public benefit of those who live with a family member experiencing poor mental health, by providing training, resources and coping methods and strategies, in particular but not exclusively for those with a connection to Ipswich, Suffolk and the surrounding area. This Charity was founded by Clare Hurren. 

## **Trustees:** 

Clare Hurren – 22.2.2024 resigned 31.1.2025 Andrea Pittock - Chair 22.2.2024 Stephen Capper – 22.2.2024 Amanda Jacques – 31.1.2025 Jamie Daniels – 14.3.2025 

The Charity has spent these first few months setting up a pilot with schools, in Ipswich to prove the concept of the Charity. Working going forwards we are now able to support other organisations, not just schools and this will be part of the development plan going forward into 2025.
