**Objects:** THE OBJECT[S] OF THE CIO [IS][ARE]THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF THOSE WHO LIVE WITH A FAMILY MEMBER EXPERIENCING POOR MENTAL HEALTH, BY PROVIDING TRAINING, RESOURCES AND COPING METHODS AND STRATEGIES, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FOR THOSE WITH A CONNECTION TO IPSWICH, SUFFOLK AND THE SURROUNDING AREA. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND[SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008].

**Activities:** The objects of the CIO are to preserve and protect physical and mental health for the public benefit of those who live with a family member experiencing poor mental health, by providing training, resources and coping methods and strategies, in particular but not exclusively for those with a connection to Ipswich, Suffolk and the surrounding area.This Charity was founded by Clare Hurren
