Afterreviewing the CaN trust's stratwc trMJsiness planning and control prctedu￿s. the Board has a reasonable expectation
that the trust has adequate resources lo conlinue operating for the foreseeable future.
The directors have received confimiation th8t Poplar HARCA Limited intends to SUPPLTrrt the company for 8t least one year
after these financial statements are signed. Poplar HARCA Limited, the parent, wll continue to provide financial and other
support for the next twelve months after the Finan¢ial Ststements are sygned, lo enable the trust to Ira¢Je in the normal
course of business and Jt is the intentK)n for Pcytsr HARCA to Con￿nUe this suwort in the foreseeable fijture.

The financjal statements have been prep8red on a going co￿eM basis which the Trustees consider to be appropriate for
