TRUSTEES' ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS

The Elite Kingdom Builders (EKB) were involved in various activities in the year 2024 – 2025 to build and equip women to face the challenges they encountered in their communities and to believe in themselves. The Elite Kingdom Builders’ mission is to raise women in leadership.
- In the year 2024 -2025, Elite Kingdom Builders organized monthly activities named “LADY TALK”, which gathered women from within the UK, France, Belgium, Austria, the Republic Democratic of the Congo, Congo Brazzaville, and South Africa, via the online Zoom meeting to discuss various subjects that women face in society, community, workplace, home, and marriage.

a. EKB had the privilege of inviting different speakers to cover the topic, which was needed, and to equip the women with information related to their specialties.

In June 2024, Elite Kingdom Builders organized a conference in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Kinshasa. Multiple women across Europe came to attend and to participate in this conference.

Elite Kingdom Builders organized a Sports Day in the summer of 2025, in August, where it gathered women with their children for sports activities in Campbell Park, Central Milton Keynes. Ferdinand Tambwe Amani was invited to do the risk assessment and ensure that the environment was suitable for the activity to take place, and for safeguarding.

Elites Kingdom Builders were heavily involved in the 2025 activity in Ghent, Belgium, gathering women from the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, and Austria in person to reflect, change experiences, and be equipped to face the day-to-day challenges they face as women.
The gathering took place in a hired location, which was covered by Elite Kingdom Builders (EKB), from Friday, 22nd November 2024, to Sunday, 24[th] November 2024, to train and equip women based on the rejection they face within the BAME communities and empowering others with knowledge to maximize their potential within their communities.
Activities:

a. First Aid training: The session was covered by Rachel Lubikamba, a qualified Nurse from the UK, who the EKB invited to train women and equip them with the knowledge of First Aid.

b. Educational: The session was covered by Joanna Mafuata, a qualified secondary school teacher in the UK, who talked about the education system within the UK and Europe, where many women and mothers do not possess information, especially within the BAME communities, and how to orient their children when choosing subjects for their GCSE, College, or Higher Education.

c. Mental Health session: This was covered by Nurse Rachel Lubikamba and Pastor Destiny – Monique, talking about the cause of what kills women silently, i.e., Menopause, brain fogs, and who to contact.
Funds:
All activities were funded by Monique Akulay and the women's personnel contributions. They received no funding from the donors or funders during the 2024 to 2025 financial year.
