**Activities:** To educate the public in the dramatic and operatic arts, in particularthough not exclusively in Lincoln and the surrounding area, to further thedevelopment of public appreciation and taste in the said arts and to assistand further such charitable institutions and charitable purposes as thetrustees shall from time to time determine.
