approval| |||Phil Taylor|30/11/2025| ||||| CCXX R2 accounts (SS) 30/11/2025 2 ## **ANNUAL REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES For the year ended 31 JANUARY 2025 Date: 30 November 2025** Chair - Steve Edwards Trustees - Phil Taylor Nicole Fatt Joe Benn John Blenkharn British Roundnet is governed by its Constitution adopted by the trustees upon establishment of the charity on 19 February 2024. **Aims and Organisation:** British Roundnet's purpose is for the promotion of participation in amateur sport, with the key driver to grow the sport of roundnet through increasing participation, building communities and supporting accessibility and equality within the sport. **Key Actions of the Charity Feb 2024 - Jan 2025:** The charity and its volunteer group has been busy, preparing for taking on the assets of British Roundnet Limited (Registered Company no.12391136). The transfer of the assets is anticipated to take place in January 2026. And the trustees have been receiving advice from chartered accountants and company law specialists. British Roundnet as a charity will then take on the main operations of the national governing body of the sport of roundnet, providing numerous opportunities for the general public to get active though amateur sport (roundnet) over the 2026 season (Jan-Sep 2026) and beyond. _APPROVED by the Trustees of British Roundnet on 30 November 2025_
