## **Achievements and performance** 

|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|**We are proud of the efforts of all our**<br>**members and volunteers who have all**<br>**worked very hard. Thanks to them, the**<br>**charity has delivered over 6400 hours of**<br>**physical activity through boxing training**<br>**to its 123 members plus guests in its first**<br>**year as a charity. This was delivered by**<br>**our 8 England Boxing qualified coaches.**<br>**We hosted our second show where 10 of**<br>**our boxers had the opportunity to**<br>**compete in front of a sold-out home**<br>**crowd of 400 friends and family.**<br>**We delivered over 40 hours of boxing**<br>**activities to school children on behalf of**<br>**the half term activities and food program**<br>**with BANES council.**<br>**During the year, our members had a lot of**<br>**opportunities to compete. We had 6**<br>**regional champions, 1 national champion**<br>**and 1 national runner up from our club. 4**<br>**of our members took part in international**<br>**sparring and training trips to Poland and**<br>**Czech Republic. The club achieved**<br>**another milestone with our first entry into**<br>**an international competition, where our**<br>**boxer won the Golden Girl box cup in**<br>**Sweden.**<br>**Across all those who train with us, we**<br>**see increased confidence, raised self-**<br>**esteem and improved work ethic on top**<br>**of the physical fitness and mental health**<br>**benefits boxing training provides. Our**<br>**members have built friendships, enjoy**<br>**socialising outside of the gym, and 1**<br>**member credited training with us as**<br>**being fundamental to finding**<br>**employment.**|
