**members and volunteers who have all**
**worked very hard. Thanks to them, the**
**charity has delivered over 6400 hours of**
**physical activity through boxing training**
**to its 123 members plus guests in its first**
**year as a charity. This was delivered by**
**our 8 England Boxing qualified coaches.**
**We hosted our second show where 10 of**
**our boxers had the opportunity to**
**compete in front of a sold-out home**
**crowd of 400 friends and family.**
**We delivered over 40 hours of boxing**
**activities to school children on behalf of**
**the half term activities and food program**
**with BANES council.**
**During the year, our members had a lot of**
**opportunities to compete. We had 6**
**regional champions, 1 national champion**
**and 1 national runner up from our club. 4**
**of our members took part in international**
**sparring and training trips to Poland and**
**Czech Republic. The club achieved**
**another milestone with our first entry into**
**an international competition, where our**
**boxer won the Golden Girl box cup in**
**Sweden.**
**Across all those who train with us, we**
**see increased confidence, raised self-**
**esteem and improved work ethic on top**
**of the physical fitness and mental health**
**benefits boxing training provides. Our**
**members have built friendships, enjoy**
**socialising outside of the gym, and 1**
**member credited training with us as**
**being fundamental to finding**
