On behalf of the trustees of Poverty and Health Connections, I am pleased to submit our annual return and trustees’ report for the financial year ending 30 November 2024.
During this period, our charity continued its mission to address poverty and health inequalities within our community. Activities were primarily supported by members’ contributions totalling approximately £2,000. Expenditure was modest and focused on small community engagement, awareness sessions, and essential administration costs.
We confirm that the constitution for the charity was adopted as it was and remains unchanged.

Poverty and Health Connections exists to support individuals and families facing poverty and health inequalities. In 2024, we focused on:
