The charity was est&blislied in Trebruory 2024. During the first period, most of the chllrities focus wa5 on raising fund$ ¢nd
preparing for the first'one Voice Summlt, which was held in April 2025.
Th¢ first quarter of 2025 was focused entirely on Puttin8 on 'The One Volce Summit.. A bdoy ¢vent where over I l O experts
were involved in dclivering kcynotes* pancls and brcakout scssions. We had 48 exhlbitors and 900 participanly. The feedbock
was unilaterRlly positive and can be found on the charity w¢b5it4 as can the videos of the entire ￿ent. W¢ also created a
Directory of ¢very ¢ontributor- this is a150 on the website.
Since tho Summit our activities have bcen focused on ensuring that thc 'One Voice Summit, wos the catalyst for positlve and
lastiiig chang¢.
W¢ Continue to develop new partttershlps and Initlatlves as we move forward. It 1$ vital that we (b not fall into the 8ge-Dld trap
of rcpackagsng old ways of workin& which hF4ve proved to be ineffectivc. Sadly, thi5 has often been the case in the ¢aTe system
in the past.
Our AGtion Hub initiative is gaining traction. we now hav¢ several Action Hubs signed up and others in the pipeline. These
cover A range of vital aspecis of Ilfe for those who are care experienced.. education. health, employment, housing. financial
security &nd sport.

We have the verbal support of J05h M¢Aliser Minister for child￿n. We are waiting for an official letter from him with his
endorsement.
We have si8ned up the first two Local Authorities to our 'Wrap Around LO¢￿ Authorilics, initiative and have two more in thc
pipeline.
We hav¢ held three 'Th¢ Power Of Resilience, evenings, th¢s¢ were well received. One was held at Brentwood S¢hool and 2 at
the Shard. These were for differeml audiences.
Much effort has gone into initiating conversations wilh a significant number of organisations wSth a view tL) Engaging them in
coll&borations with us. Whilst this is limtrconsuming, it is vital if we ore to in¢r¢a5¢ th¢ nunibtsr of organisations involved and
to support and expand the sharing good practice ond opportunities for collabor4(ion.
Mu¢h lime has been spent of fundraising to underpin the cost of the Summit.

'rhe cliority's total income for the period Amounted to £310,341, of which £146,742 wu5 unTe$trlcied and £163,599 was
restricted to specifi¢ projects. Restricted ￿ndS were primarily used towards the'one Volce Summit.

continue its charitable activities for the foreseeable thture.

dependent on having the sustAin&blE funds lo sUPPOrt it.
