During th& year, the ¢harty3 expendrture exceeded ils Ir￿orne by £91,218 {2024 - income exceeded
expenditure by £81,675). The total reserves at the year end were £316.53712024- £407.755).

Risk Management
The Trustees regularly r8vw both financial and non-financial risk5 to which the Charity may be
exposed. This is achieved through progress reports, oversight of project proposals, and ongoing
monf(oring of the charty's act￿rt￿.
To mitigate these risks, the Trustees implement appropriate controls and prowlures proportionate lo
the level of risk Klenlrfied. Since the fomalion of the charity, the Trusleos have revIeV￿ and updated
Ihe risk register, along with key inlemal policies. lo ensure effective nsk management.

part of a grant relating to an asset is deferred. it is recognised as deferred income.
Taxation
The charty is consid8red to pas$ the lesls set out in Paragraph 1 schedu￿ 6 of the Finance Act 2010
and the￿fore f( meets the definition of a charitable company for UK corporalion tax purpo$es.

npaiment of trade debtors is established when there is objective evidence that the charity will not be

Cash and cash oquivalents
Cash and cash equivalents comprise cash on hand and call deposits, and other short-tenn highly
liquid investments that are readily convertible lo a known amount of cash and are subject to an

Trade creditors are obligations lo pay for goods or services that hav8 been acquired in the ordinary
course of business from suppliers. Accounts payable are ciassrfied as current liabilities if the charity
