**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE BRANCH ARE TO PROMOTE THE WORK AND OBJECTS OF THE SOCIETY, IN PARTICULAR, BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION, IN THE AREA, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE POLICIES OF THE SOCIETY.(THE OBJECTS OF THE SOCIETY (AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME) ARE "TO PROMOTE KINDNESS AND TO PREVENT OR SUPPRESS CRUELTY TO ANIMALS".)

**Activities:** The branch operates a wildlife animal centre to rescue wild animals and rehabilitate and release them.  The branch also facilitates fostering of cats. We provide assistance with the cost of veterinary treatment for owners on benefits and  to have their pets neutered and microchipped.We distribute advice on animal welfare matters.This is largely funded by our network of charity shops.
