The Objects of the CIO are: to provide safe
space to support people dealing with social
isolaton, social anxiety & related
comorbidites, through socially interactve
actvites for the Public Beneft. This would
occur throughout Lichfeld District & surrounds,
and other parts of the United Kingdom as the
Trustees may from tme to tme think ft.
We aim to help people who are dealing with
signifcant anxiety and social isolaton by
hostng a supportve space where people can
socialise while enjoying shared hobbies. As a
group, we take a modern approach to
befriending, focusing on video games, crafs,
board games, and Dungeons & Dragons. Our
volunteers are here to make sure clients feel
welcome and get the support needed.
Our costs were room hire of £280 for 10
Wednesday sessions. Though an extra 6
months from our previous incarnaton as Game
Therapy were setled this year. So a total of
£420. Game therapy, the unincorporated
charity that preceded GW, did give GW
£442.31.
