## _**NB:   The Charitable Incorporated Organisation (WBCC) was established in February 2024.**_ 

_Through December 2024, the Trust had no income, expenditure or assets.  The Trust continues to work with the PCC to create the desirable structure and lease arrangements in order to become fully functional as an independent charitable organisation._
