## 2. Structure, Governance and Management 

River of Living Water is governed by its governing document and managed by a Board of Trustees. The Trustees are responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of the charity and have had regard to the Charity Commission guidance CC3 – The Essential Trustee. 

## 3. Objectives and Activities 

The charity’s purpose is to establish and operate a Christian community building. During the reporting period, the charity was pre-operational and focused on fundraising, governance setup, and preparatory planning. No charitable services were delivered during the period. 

## 4. Achievements and Performance 

The charity successfully registered with the Charity Commission, adopted governance policies, and commenced fundraising through donations. No operational activities took place. 

## 5. Financial Review 

Total income for the period was £3,400 from donations. No expenditure was incurred. 



All funds held are unrestricted and retained as reserves in preparation for future charitable activities. 

## 6. Plans for Future Periods 

The Trustees plan to continue fundraising to progress development plans, and prepare for operational delivery once the community building is established. 

## 7. Trustees’ Responsibilities Statement 

The Trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees’ Annual Report and accounts in accordance with the Charities Act 2011.
