## **Annual report of the trustees** 

The charity has continued to provide a venue for the use of small start up groups during the year, receiving an income for the use of the building while ensuring that this is affordable for the start-up groups. We will review this during the next year. 

We are also still in talks with Flintshire County Council regarding the future tenure of the building and are hoping to extend the building at a future date if grants facilitate this.
