## **Annual Accounts & Trustees Report – Year 2024 to 2025**

The Guilsfield Community Centre CIO, Charity Number 1206938 was created in order to incorporate the activities of Guilsfield Community Centre Trust, Charity Number 1059979. In addition to that to take ownership and responsibility of certain  assets  and  leases  that  required  a  new  structure  by  the  Charity Commission. 

This process is ongoing and far from complete due to certain legal aspects and in the hands of specialist legal advisers. The Guilsfield Community Centre CIO does not therefore currently contain any assets nor has it undertaken any financial transactions of any sort. 

The same Trustees are also Trustees of the Guilsfield Community Centre Trust, Charity Number 1059979. A full, up to date report and accounts are reported for this period through that charity. 

It is anticipated that these matters will be resolved in early 2026.
