**Activities:** Friendship Lab empowers adults with the wisdom and skills to make their friendships thrive. We achieve this purpose by providing evidence based courses and training, media engagement and thought leadership, and accessible research, to directly address the pressing crises of escalating loneliness and decreasing mental health.
