Activities
We are a charity based in Chichester providing a wide range of accessible learning and development opportunities and supported work/volunteering placements for young people (aged 18 to 35) with learning disabilities. We aim to provide environments where the young people can come together to build their skills working with community partners to help them work towards future independence.
Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are, For The Benefit Of The Public, The Relief Of Those With Learning Disabilities Through Means Including But Not Limited To:(a) Facilitating Access To Employment, Training, And Volunteering Opportunities;(b) Activities To Support Their Health And Wellbeing; And(c) Providing Access To Activities, Facilities, And Accommodation Which Support Progress Towards Future Independence And Improved Conditions Of Life."learning Disability" Means Any Developmental Disability Of The Mind And Any Associated Condition Howsoever Caused And Whether Mild, Moderate Or Severe.
