Charity Overview:

We are an all female grass roots football club, serving the Darlington area.

Objectives and Activities:

The objectives of the CIO are to advance the amateur sport of association football. To promote community participation in healthy recreation by providing facilities for playing association football (facilities means land, buildings, equipment and organizing football activities).

Achievements and performance:

The charity has met its aims of providing accessible football to girls and women in and around the Darlington area. It has met community needs in schools and local community groups.

Financial review

The independently examined accounts are submitted with this Annual Report.

As part of our comprehensive insurance policy, insurance is in place and is considered adequate to cover the range of known risks. In line with Charity Commission we have a Reserve Policy and hold a Reserve Fund.

Structure Government and Management:

The charity is a CIO (Charitable Incorporated Oragnisation). It is a foundation model constitution. Trustees are appointed by members of the CIO.
