**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:- TO ADVANCE THE AMATEUR SPORT OF RUNNING IN KENILWORTH AND ITS SURROUNDING AREA FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND SERVICES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT OF RUNNING.- TO FURTHER SUCH GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES BY ANY MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR DISCRETION DETERMINE.

**Activities:** Kenilworth Runners is a member organisation which provides a supportive, social, friendly running community in Kenilworth and surrounding area for those interested in taking part in, and supporting, running on all types of terrain.The Club makes grants to charities and other voluntary organisations from any surplus from the Kenilworth Half Marathon and other external activities.
