Aim and Purpose
Lighthouse Tribe is a spiritual and leadership development hub; equipping individuals in the marketplace to walk boldly in their divine purpose. At Lighthouse Tribe we envision generations reconciled to God the Father, fully submitted to and abiding in Christ. Exercising influence and dominion across spheres of society through the empowering presence of the Holy Spirit.
Lighthouse Tribe aims to support their members by facilitating opportunities that can help them to develop their spiritual maturity, personal wholeness and marketplace influence. By equipping young professionals and faith-driven entrepreneurs to live and lead from a place of identity, wholeness, and purpose.
There are three core pillars at Lighthouse Tribe:
Spiritual Maturity- We believe leadership begins with a rooted relationship in Christ. This is the foundation of Lighthouse Tribe
Personal Wholeness- We are committed to the emotional and mental well-being of our members, fostering growth in both heart and mind.
Marketplace Influence- It is our duty to influence with excellence, recognizing the unique roles of tribe members in the society and supporting in stewarding their gifts intentionally to fulfill their God given purposes.
Objectives and Activities
Lighthouse Tribe provides an avenue for it’s members to deal with and overcome their frustrations or misalignment and transform this into a life of purpose, joy, and kingdom impact—where their faith is not just personal, but powerfully public.
Lighthouse Tribe Values:
Collaboration & Unity - At LHT we are champions of idea-sharing and partnerships, believing that greater impact is made when people bring their unique strengths together to pursue a shared goal. Tribe members have shared their external connections with fellow tribe members as a way of supporting each other’s growth and widening connections that lead to success of their individual ventures.
Diversity - We believe every individual carries a divine mandate and a unique grace from God to fulfil their purpose on earth. We celebrate each person’s individuality and encourage them to uncover and embrace it to live a full and meaningful life.
Clarity of Purpose - We help individuals discover and align with their God-given assignments, bringing deeper meaning to their work and daily lives.

Navigate - Monthly empowerment session Our monthly navigate sessions offer a unique pathway, focusing on spiritual edification and leveraging biblical principles to navigate and excel in the marketplace.
Initiatives at Lighthouse Tribe:
The Gathering - We have in-depth conversations with world leaders, this platform allows these individuals the opportunity to showcase their authentic stories of faith, challenges, and victories. The video recordings can be streamed via Youtube.
The Convening of Sons - This is our quarterly in-person life changing meetings, we foster deep connections, and transformative conversations that inspire and equip individuals in their faith journey.
Annual Retreat - A four-day immersive journey designed to nurture the spirit, soul, and body. This experience equips our tribe with the tools, wisdom, and resilience needed to thrive in their purpose and sphere of influence.
Grassroots to Grace (In progress)- A structured journey of discovery, mentorship, and leadership growth, designed to help individuals step fully into their God-given purpose.
Full Circle (In progress)- The Full Circle Pathway is a Spirit-led, immersive journey designed to cultivate emotional wholeness, grounded in the truth of 3 John 2- “Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with your soul.”
Achievement and performance
Tribe members and event attendees have left their testimonies and shared how Lighthouse Tribe has been beneficial to their personal journeys. There has also been a great level of engagement through our online global platforms where individuals from around the globe have engaged with content online. Such as commenting on social media posts.

Financial Review
For the year ended 30 November 2024, Lighthouse Tribe generated income of £10,440.95. This was primarily made up of £7,105 from the annual retreat and £3,335 from individual donations and grants.
Expenditure for the year totalled £10,577.36, covering a range of administrative and operational costs. The largest element was event expenditure of £7,878 towards the annual retreat, alongside other significant costs such as special event expenses of £615.52 and professional fees of £300. Additional expenses included software and subscriptions, rent, travel, and charitable donations.
Overall, this resulted in a net deficit of £136.41 for the year, as expenditure slightly exceeded income.
Despite the small deficit, the charity successfully sustained its activities throughout the year, with the majority of funds being directed towards programme delivery and related operational support.
Volunteers
We are grateful for the dedicated volunteers, committed to the success of Lighthouse Tribe. The Lighthouse Tribe volunteers support with the planning and execution of events such as the annual retreat and our quarterly meeting- The Convening of Sons.
