Aim and Purpose

Lighthouse Tribe is a spiritual and leadership development hub; equipping individuals in the marketplace to walk boldly in their divine purpose. At Lighthouse Tribe we envision generations reconciled to God the Father, fully submitted to and abiding in Christ. Exercising influence and dominion across spheres of society through the empowering presence of the Holy Spirit.

Lighthouse Tribe aims to support their members by facilitating opportunities that can help them to develop their spiritual maturity, personal wholeness and marketplace influence. By equipping young professionals and faith-driven entrepreneurs to live and lead from a place of identity, wholeness, and purpose.

There are three core pillars at Lighthouse Tribe:

Spiritual Maturity- We believe leadership begins with a rooted relationship in Christ. This is the foundation of Lighthouse Tribe

Personal Wholeness- We are committed to the emotional and mental well-being of our members, fostering growth in both heart and mind.

Marketplace Influence- It is our duty to influence with excellence, recognizing the unique roles of tribe members in the society and supporting in stewarding their gifts intentionally to fulfill their God given purposes.

Objectives and Activities

Lighthouse Tribe provides an avenue for it’s members to deal with and overcome their frustrations or misalignment and transform this into a life of purpose, joy, and kingdom impact—where their faith is not just personal, but powerfully public.

Lighthouse Tribe Values:

Collaboration & Unity - At LHT we are champions of idea-sharing and partnerships, believing that greater impact is made when people bring their unique strengths together to pursue a shared goal. Tribe members have shared their external connections with fellow tribe members as a way of supporting each other’s growth and widening connections that lead to success of their individual ventures.

Diversity - We believe every individual carries a divine mandate and a unique grace from God to fulfil their purpose on earth. We celebrate each person’s individuality and encourage them to uncover and embrace it to live a full and meaningful life.

Clarity of Purpose - We help individuals discover and align with their God-given assignments, bringing deeper meaning to their work and daily lives.
