Ceri-Ann Ellis Samantha Marks Elisa Robatto The charity is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) governed by its constitution. 2. Objective and activities The prevention or relief of poverty for the pupils and families of Gladstone Primary School, Barry, South Wales, to include and not limited to, the town of Barry through the provision of emergency food supplies and other aligned activities and the advancement of citizenship and community development through volunteering. The trustees have had regard to the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit and confirm that the charity's activities during the year were carried out for the public benefit. 3. Achievements and performance During the year, the charity: Opening the Glad2Share pantry to support families and the community to relieve food poverty. The impact of this enabled up to 75 families to access affordable food. Successfully accessed grant funding for a Community kitchen to support parents and children cooking together to educate, and develop food literacy. The impact of this was that 26 families accessed the community kitchen developing their skills in cooking with their children to support food literacy.

The trustees believe these activities benefited those in the local community to alleviate food poverty. The trustees consider that these activities contributed to achieving the charity's objectives. 4. Financial review The charity received income of £14,231 and spent £14,010 during the year. At the end of the the period, the charity held funds of £221, which the trustees consider appropriate for its current level of activity. 5. Structure, governance and management The CIO is managed by its trustees, who meet as required. Trustees are appointed in accordance with the CIO constitution. All trustees serve on a voluntary basis and receive no remuneration. 6. Plans for the future The trustees plan to continue the CIO'S current activities and seek modest additional funding where possible. 7.
