The trustees present their report and the financial statements for the period ended 31 March 2025.
Objectives and Activities

The charity's objects are the prevention or relief of poverty or flnanclal hardship, partlcularly wlthln Africa, by providlng or
assisting in the provision of education, trainingi healthcare, water and sanitation initiatives, and other forms of support
Intended to enable Individuals and communities to become self-sufficient.
The charity Is established to operate Internationally, Including in Nigeria, Whe￿ Its long-term aims Include the future
support of prOgram￿e5 relating to healthcare provision, education, acces5 to clean water, and cornmunity developrnent.
During the financial period, the charity did not undertake any trading or charitable activities, and no progftmmes were
delivered in the UK or overseas. The period was used to establish the ch3rity's govern3nce, compliance, and administr3tive
framework in preparation for future charitable operations.
Public Benefit
The charity did not undertake any charitable activities during the period. Trustees focused on governance, regulatory
compliance, and adrninislrative setup in preparation for delivering public benefit in future periods.
The trustees confirm that they have complied with the requirements of Section 17 of the Charities Act 2011 to have due
regard to the Charity CorDmi55iOn s guidance on public benefit.

Accountant's report to the board of trustees on the preparation of the unaudited statutory accounts of OB Lulu-
Briggs Foundation for the period 2 February 2024 to 31 March 2025.
In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Charities Act 2011, have prepared for your approval the financial
Statements of OB Lulu-Briggs Foundation for the period 2 February 2024 to 31 March 2025 which comprise the Statetnent of
Financial Position and the related notes fmm the charlty's accounting records and from information and explanations whlch
you have provided us with.
This report is made solely to the board of trustee5 of the charity, as a body, in accordance with our letter of engagement
dated 01 October 2025. Our work has been undertaken solely to p￿pa￿ for your approval the financial statements of OB
Lulu-Briggs Foundation, and state those matters that have agreed to state to the board of trustees of the charity, as a
body, in thi5 report. To the fullest extent perrnitted by law, we do not accept or a55ume re5pon5ibility to anyone other than
OB Lulu-Briggs Foundation 3nd Its b03rd of trustees, as a body, for our work or for thls report.
It is your duty to ensure that OB Lulu-Briggs Foundation has kept sufficient accounting records and to prepare statutory

We have not been instructed to carry out an audit of the financial statements. For this reason, we have not verified the

2. 1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the Charities SORP IFRS 1021 "Accounting and
Reporting by Charities.. Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in
accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland IFRS 1021 (effective I
January 20191. Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Stsndard applicable in the UK and Republic
of Ireland 2nd the Charities Act 2011.
The charity is a Public Benefit Entity as defined by FRS 102.
2.2. Cash and Cash Equivalents
Cash and cash equlvalents are basic financial assets and include cash In hand and deposits held at call wlth banks,
other short-terrn highly liquid Investments that mature in no more than three rnonths frorn the date of acquisition and
are readily convertible to a known amount OF cash with insignificant risk of change in value, and bank overdrafts.
