To promote, maintain, improve and advance the education of the public in the Arts and in particular artistic practice that takes ideas, stories and concepts inspired from China and East Asia. The charity will accomplish this in a structure that empowers producer creativity in promoting collaborations in various art forms, including, but not limited to, dance, music, theatre and the visual arts.
Objects: The Charity's Objects ("objects") Are Specifically Restricted To The Following:to Promote, Maintain, Improve, And Advance Public Education In The Arts, With A Specific Emphasis On Artistic Practices Inspired By Ideas, Stories, And Concepts From China And East Asia. Additionally, The Charity Seeks To Enhance The Availability Of Contemporary Artistic Experiences For The Chinese And East Asian Diaspora In The United Kingdom And Worldwide.to Achieve These Goals, The Charity Will Adopt A Producer-Led Collective Structure That Empowers The Creativity Of Producers, Fostering Collaborations Across Various Art Forms Including, But Not Limited To, Dance, Music, Theatre, And The Visual Arts. These Collaborative Endeavours Will Be Showcased Through Touring, Live Presentations, And Digital Experiences Both In The UK And Internationally. In Order To Further The Vision, The Creation Of These Productions, Guided By The Producers' Visions, Will Be Supported And Enriched Through Dedicated Research And Development Initiatives.nothing In The Articles Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The Charity For Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (scotland) Act 2005 And/or Section 2 Of The Charities Act (northern Ireland) 2008.
