Activities
We promote a transformative approach to adolescent health by scaling the impact of the Well Centre clinical model, empowering young people through integrated health, social care, education and youth services. We aim to ensure that every young person can access holistic support to lead healthy, safe, happy and fulfilled lives. We work to actively influence national policy for young people.
Objects: To Advance Health And Related Well-Being, Particularly (Without Prejudice To The Generality) For The Benefit Of Young People Through Access To GP Services And Medical Attention, Counselling Support, Social Prescribing, Signposting To Community Youth Activities And Support From Health And Well-Being Practitioners
